Your student records and privacy are protected under a federal law (FERPA). In order to release non-directory information included in student education records to a parent/guardian, you must provide consent via the "Certificate of Dependency" form which is located on Web for Students or click below.

ACCESSING RECORDS

Web for Students is a web-based portal that allows students to access a variety of services, including registering for classes, checking financial aid status, paying tuition/fees, printing unofficial transcripts, viewing holds, checking midterm/final grades, performing degree audits, and applying for graduation. To log in, use your CWID and pin number. If parents need access, students must share their log-in credentials.

College Scheduler is a web-based schedule planning tool for students. The planner helps students search and prepare course schedules that work around their busy life and time commitments. You will use your Eagle ID to login to that portal

From federal aid, such as FAFSA, to grants and institutional scholarships, we're here to support your academic journey. Your award package is an estimate based on the projected enrollment status of full-time undergraduates (12 hours or more). Aid is disbursed to students after census.

Institutional Scholarships

Our institutional scholarships are guaranteed and awarded automatically based on GPA and other qualifying factors. Once you meet the eligibility criteria, your scholarship will be applied to your account, providing the financial assistance you need to succeed in your academic journey. Check your Web for Students account for awarded scholarships using your 8-digit campus wide ID and 6-digit PIN. If you have never logged in, your PIN will be your 6-digit birthday MM/DD/YY.

Work Study

Work on Campus

Federal Work-Study (FWS) provides part-time jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay for education expenses.

College Work-Study: Departments hire you to work up to 20 hours a week. Anyone is eligible.
Federal Work-Study: Must complete the FAFSA and have need.

THE BUSINESS OFFICE

The Business Office is here to assist students with their accounts and paying their bills. You can pay your bill in person (all forms of payment are accepted) or online via Web for Students in the TouchNet Payment Gateway.

PAYMENT PLANS

Students can pay tuition and fees using installment payment options. TAMUT offers a payment plan in 4 installments (25% each) for fall and spring semesters, and 2 installments (50% each) for summer. Set up your plan in TouchNet Payment Gateway.

REFUNDS

A refund is a credit balance on your account after all charges have been paid. They are processed after financial aid disbursements at the start of each semester and then every Tuesday/Thursday for the rest of the semester. Refunds are issued via direct deposit or check, which are mailed and cannot be picked up in person. Log in to TouchNet Payment Gateway to check your refund status in Web for Students.

STAY ENROLLED

To ensure you remain enrolled, make sure to pay in full, enroll in an installment plan, or apply for an emergency loan by the tuition payment deadline. The deadline is the second day of classes, so take action to secure your enrollment and continue your academic journey without interruption.
